Besides ADHD coaching I am also trained in Lifestyle Medicine and Health Coaching for complex chronic conditions such as ADHD and its many co-morbidities. This means I have a deep understanding of how every aspect of the way you live your life and the environment you live in affects your ADHD symptoms, but also your personal health and well-being beyond ADHD.

What is unique about my approach is to combine the insights we have about how lifestyle affects ADHD and other chronic health conditions with health coaching methods that empower you to take your health into your own hands to truly achieve lasting behaviour change. Paired with a deep understanding of the manifold ways in which ADHD can manifest in someone's life, the particular challenges this can pose as well as specific ADHD coaching tools that help you to overcome those difficulties this becomes a great formula for balancing the positive and negative symptoms of ADHD, restoring your health alongside it and building a new lifestyle that you're going to love!
Most people are aware that they feel better if they move more, eat healthier, or get more sleep, for instance. But changing any habit is difficult, if it was easy you'd have done it all along. A coach is trained in techniques that help you bridge this intention-behaviour gap to achieve what you actually want for your well-being.
